• UAC has started a chemicals trading business on June 28, 1995

2008

• Joint venture with BCP to establish Bangchak Biofuel Co.,Ltd. (BBF)

2010

• Listed in “mai” and traded on Oct 11, 2010

2012

• EGM 1/2012 approved the asset acquisition by investment on PPP in Sukhothai province

2014

• Change Company Name to “UAC Global PLC.”
• COD : PPP

2015

• Establishment of UAPC
• COD : SHT / VBD / Mae Tang #2

2017

• UAPC has increased its generating capacity to 24,000 tons/year

2018

• PPP has increased its generating capacity to 1.8 mmscfd.

2019

• Establishment of VWM to invest in waste management project to produce renewable energy and process recycled product in Vientiane, Lao PDR

2020

• Move up to SET on Feb 19
• 25^th Year Anniversary

2021

• PPM has be selected to participate in the Community Power Plant for the Local Project (UAC&TPT)

2022

• UAC Utilities has entered into Petroleum Concession Agreement L10/43 and L11/43 in Sukhothai
• PPWE has invested in EV Charging Stations

2023

• PPM received PPA from PEA with capacity of 3 MW.
• UACP changed its status from a subsidiary company to an associated company
